Meet the Board of Trustees
Chair of Governors
I have been Chair of The Board of Trustees since inception and facilitated the founding of the school with the local community.
I am a Chartered Accountant, who had worked as an investment banker in London focussing on mergers and acquisitions in the construction and building sector before establishing a major regeneration business which owns Heyford Park. I am interested in community engagement and making sure every child living in the catchment for the school gets the best life chances education can bring. By bringing together local residents, businesses and community leaders to the Heyford Park Free School, I believe we have created a unique, nurturing environment to achieve those goals.
Managing Director of Integration Technology, a communications business that operates from Heyford Park.
Chief Executive of Integration Technology, an international technology business based at Heyford Park.
Integration Technology has previously won a Queen’s Award for Industry in addition to twice being named business of the year, and Adrian himself has also been awarded Business person of the Year for Bicester and the Cherwell Valley. He believes strongly in improving the skill bases of Oxfordshire’s young people, and is currently Chair of the Oxfordshire Skills Board and Deputy Chair of the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) to further monitor and support progress in this area.
Simon, a Cambridge Graduate, works for Dorchester Group as Assistant Financial Controller, leading on estate management. As a Chartered Accountant, Simon assists the school in financial training and reviewing its processes and controls.
Steve worked for Paragon for five years – four of which were based on site at Heyford Park. He has been passionate about education for many years and involved with a variety of schools. He is currently a Trustee of an Independent Special School based in Dorset.
