    Our all-through Free School opened in September 2013; we are oversubscribed and experiencing rapid growth in both the Primary and Secondary phases. Our fantastic heritage site has been fully refurbished and provides a unique learning environment. Small year groups enable us to know every child well and personalise their learning. We are forward-thinking, with the freedom to shape our school curriculum in response to the needs of the local community and businesses. We are delighted that Ofsted judged us to be a Good school in April 2015.

  • Business Manager
    Permanent Full Time Post 
    The successful candidate will:
     
    • have experience working in an educational environment with a strong knowledge of financial management in this setting;
    • experience of working with external management of Human resources in an educational setting or managed service providers;
    • have the vision and experience to utilise resources to ensure both community usage and provide opportunities from income generation for our children and staff;
    • experience of working effectively with staff, parents and governors and trustees;
    • be friendly and approachable with a welcoming and professional manner;
    • be able to show discretion and respect confidentiality at all times;
    • be positive in their approach at all times as we continue to grow our services.

  • Salary: Salary: Grade 12 -13 (equivalent of starting salary of - £36,379.19 - £40,060)
