Learning Support Assistant

  • Heyford Park Free School is located at the heart of Heyford Park in Oxfordshire – the site of a former RAF and US Air Force base – and reflects the strong community spirit we have here at Heyford Park.

  • Learning Support Assistant
     
    Do you want to work in a new school that is small and inclusive?  If the answer is yes, then we have the role for you in our educational support team offering support to children with special educational needs and disability to ensure they make excellent progress in their learning. The role involves occasional cover shared by the team.
  • The successful candidate will:
     
    • Have experience working in a secondary school environment in educational support  
    • Be friendly and approachable with a welcoming and professional manner
    • Be able to show discretion and respect confidentiality at all times
    • Be positive in their approach at all times as we continue to grow our services

  • Salary:
    • Salary details: Grade 5 Term time only (circa £15152 per annum)
    • Hours: 35 hours per week
    • Job term: Permanent contract
    • To commence: 1st March or sooner if possible
    • Closing date: 14th February 2018, noon
    • Interviews will be: 21st February
